Our Priorities

Anti-social behaviour, shop theft and drugs around the Longbridge retail and South & City College area. Concerns highlighted to local officers and from call data received to WMP with incidents to this locality.

What’s Been Happening?

The schools and colleges have been returning this week and we have been back on our patrols. It has been great to see fresh-faced students back into the routine after a six-week break!

We have been engaging with Longbridge Retail Park stores and staff and our officers have been conducting plain clothes operations this week. Prolific offenders were spotted and quickly made off, swiftly chased by our officers and arrested. Another positive result for the team. These plain clothes operations will be conducted each month to continue to target offenders and anti-social behaviour.

We recovered two vehicles this week. One untaxed which had been abandoned for some time and one that had been stolen earlier in the year.
